UAV Service Contract
Below is a blank copy of the UAV Service Contract for drones/UAVs. Upon purchasing your Service Contract, you will be sent an email to electronically sign your Service Contract. This Service Contract will have already been signed by me, Matt Neary, the owner of the company. It will also be dated and have the transaction number at the top for reference should you ever require service on on your drone. The short version of the contract is as follows: If you have our Gold UAV Service Contract and you have a crash, all you have to do is send us an email telling us that you have damaged your drone. We will send you a shipping label for you to attach to the outside of the package into which you have securely put your drone. Drop the package off at the FedEx location (should be the closest to you) we will provide in the email with the shipping label. Your drone will be repaired and tested to be sure it is fully operational. Then, the repair shop will return it to you.
The typical turnaround time is 10-14 days. Sometimes, if a part needs to be ordered, the wait is a little longer. The longest I have seen is 24 days. The shortest is 3 days. So, as you see, it is the easiest way to protect your expensive UAV. Much cheaper than paying for the repairs yourself and much faster than sending it to DJI. Just one service request can save you hundreds.
