    I haven’t had a bad enough accident to use this service but I am confident that I can get my drone serviced faster with these guys than DJI.

    I have not had to use this yet but having the peace of mind knowing I will have my P3 back up and running at a small cost makes fly much more fun and less worrisome!

    I have had to use my contract. Just as stated in the contract, the drone was promptly sent to the repair center (at no cost to me), repaired, and back a short time later good as new. This is a no brainer if you are going to own a Phantom 3 Professional. Very satisfied customer.

    I use my drone for personal video projects and got the gold contract so I’d have peace of mind while flying it. Unfortunately, my drone did have an accident a week or so ago where the gimbal was damaged. I emailed Neary and they provided me with a shipping label within 24 hours. All of my email correspondence with them have been timely and courteous. I have sent my drone off to be fixed and will update the review once I get it back, but definitely 5 stars for customer service so far.

    I bought the Gold plan with no deductible. I haven’t had to make a claim yet, but I’m feel a lot more relaxed flying my P3P knowing that it will be fixed free of charge if I have a incident.

    I purchased a GOLD policy with Neary Aerial Media for my P3P. 4 months later I had a crash and the P3P was absolutely totaled. Matt had a new machine to my door in 2 days. These guys are the real deal, and stand behind the service they sell.

    Hello there,
    You know how the story starts .. once upon a time right .. that`s my story .. once upon a time I was lucky enough to get a DJI Phantom 3 Pro .. problem was I loved it so much I was nerves every time I put the bird up in the air I was not really enjoying it as much as I do now .. I say now because yes it happened .. you know it .. the crash you will have .. that’s right I said you because this is my review .. it is meant for YOU .. stop worrying and get the plan that’s right for you .. pay 1/3 the cost of what it will cost to fix your bird when you crash .. because you will .. I did a review on Hani`s site after he was done with my bird I was very pleased so now I fly worry free .. you can to ..just-say-in…!!! 😉

    I am a new DJI Phantom 3 owner and like most, I was very nervous to fly it for the first time. I have many other cheap (sub $100) drones and you inevitably crash them and they bounce and recover pretty well. I rarely fly them outside let alone at 400ft. I happened to read a comment in a YouTube video about NAM’s Crash Protection Service Contract and was very intrigued.

    I searched and searched and could not find anything else out there comparable for the service and price that NAM offered. I decided that peace of mind was worth the price and gave the company a call. I called at almost 7pm MST so the office Kentucky was closed but the rep took my name and number and told me they’d call me back during business hours. Less then 1 hour later I get a call from the owner himself (Matt) to answer my questions. He answered all of the questions and concerns that I had and left me with a great first impression of the company. Before we ended the call I new he was someone I could trust doing business with.

    I ordered my service contract after we hang up. I really hope I never have to use it but I can tell you this, the next time I fly that drone the worry of it malfunctioning or crashing will be in the past.

    Since a service contract is kind of hard to review with out actually filing a claim, I thought I’d tell you my first impressions of working with the company so far. If I do end up having to use it, I will certainly update my review.
